Site work for a road / highway in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The City of Rogers Street Department is accepting sealed bids for the construction of an 8 phase quad left signalized intersection of S. Dixieland Rd. and W. Laurel Ave. Contractor will be responsible for all the installation of pole bases, conduit, pull boxes, traffic control cabinet and pad, installation of signal heads and poles and pole arms, all the wiring of signals and in the cabinet and the detection that will be used at this location. The City of Rogers will purchase and provide all the poles, pole arms, traffic control cabinet, signal heads, pedestrian heads, push buttons, all traffic cabinet internals and the detection equipment, mounting hardware and the wire. The contractor will provide the anchor bolts and cages for all the concrete foundations. For any questions related to the electronic bidding process. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises. The City of Rogers Arkansas reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept any bid or proposal it deems favorable to the best interest of the City.
