The City of Norcross is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for resurfacing projects and stormwater point repairs and relining for
the locations listed below: 1) Station Circle (Milling and Resurfacing to begin at Mitchell Road and end at Rails Way) 3,971 LF (10,590 SY) 2) Marshes Glenn Drive (Milling and Resurfacing to begin at Everglades Trail and end at Marshes Glenn Drive) 5,040 LF (13,440 SY) 3) Stormwater point repair and relining on Station Circle 4) Stormwater point repair and relining on Marshes Gleen Drive Streets scheduled for milling and resurfacing will consist of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction including but not limited to repairing the existing pavement base where needed, resurfacing of adjacent driveways to meet street pavement grades maintaining traffic control measures milling existing pavement, installing tack coat installing asphaltic concrete surface course applying high density mineral bond, adjustments of water valves & manholes, and the installation of pavement striping, and markings as directed. performing cleanup and related work. All work must be completed in accordance with industry specifications and standards. The project will consist of milling and resurfacing to include repairing the existing
pavement base where needed; resurfacing of adjacent driveways to meet St.
pavement grades; adjustments of water valves and manholes and the insulation
of pavement striping, and markings as directed. This project also includes
stormwater pipe repairs and replacements and relining at the locations shown on
the stormwater exhibits attached.
