Renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 24, 2025, all bids were rejected. There are no plans to move forward at this time. Pursuant to its authority under Idaho Code 67-2309, Ada County (the "County") is seeking proposals from contractors qualified to provide design and construction services for modernization of seven (7) Thyssenkrupp elevators in the Ada County Courthouse and Administration Building, located at 200 West Front Street, Boise, Idaho 83702 (the "Project"). The purpose of this RFP 24016 is to solicit proposals from contractors who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to design the Project, in accordance with Idaho Public Works project requirements, and construct and install the required elements of the Project, such that at final completion the Project is fully functional. The successful contractor shall be responsible for providing engineer-approved drawings and specifications for the Project, the implementation and commissioning of the Project, including development of appliable user acceptance testing, system integration, and connectivity to existing resources. Substantial and final completion dates for the Project will be mutually determined by the selected contractor and the County during the programming phase of the Project.
