The Campbellsville Taylor County Economic Development Authority (CTCEDA) will be accepting sealed bids only for mowing and weed eating services at Heartland Commerce and Technology Park, 2100 New Campbellsville, KY 42718. The property shall be mowed and properly trimmed every 7-10 days in wet weather and every 10-14 days in dry weather. The mowing shall include the 25' utility easement along both sides of Commonwealth Drive to the gravel roundabout, with weed eating around the utility boxes and drain tiles, mowing the right of way from KY 55 to the white fence at the property line, and weed eating around the fence itself. Mowed areas shall be cleared of debris and paper prior to mowing. The front entrance landscaped areas shall be kept clean and weed free. The contract period will be for the 2024 and 2025 mowing seasons. Servicer agrees to hold harmless CTCEDA, its agent and employers, and to indemnify the Servicer from any costs, expenses, attorney fees, claims, actions, judgements or settlements resulting from any injury or other claim arising from the operation of the services performed herein including any claims by the Servicer, it's employees, agent and assigns. Servicer shall maintain liability insurance related to the performance of its services without cost to CTCEDA.
