Design and construction of a new 5-12 year old playground with geotextile fabric, pea rock, engineered wood fibers, rubber mats and minor grading for Village West and Woodhaven South Park Bids shall be on the basis of cash payment for work performed. The bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the bidder's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to the bidder, the bidder, within ten (10) days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determi--nations of The Park District of the City of Fargo. Planholders are parties that have downloaded the plans and specifications. Planholders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs. The sales of paper copies for projects listed on this site are not available. Bids must be in envelopes that clearly identify the bidders name, project name, and the Owner's name on the outside. The Park District of the City of Fargo reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses and any deficient bid will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately.
