The University of Texas at Austin (Owner) is soliciting proposals (Proposals) for the selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk for Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) Project No. 102-1506 - Darrel K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium Bellmont Hall Renovation Project (Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The estimated Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) based on the provided feasibility study for the Project is $63,200,000.00. This project consists of renovations of approximately 53,100 gross square feet (GSF) for KHE on Levels 1, 2, and 9, and approximately 46,000 GSF for football suites and premium club on Level 8 to better serve the needs of the KHE and Athletics departments respectively. The South End Zone Media Center will include the addition of two independent structures on top of the existing South End Zone concourse. The eastern addition will be used for working media members during Gameday operations. The western addition will support facilities for the Visiting Team Athletics Director, four radio booths and additional seating for working media members. Gameday operations will be relocated to a structure to be built on Level 10 of the Northwest End Zone. This facility will house public announcement, DJ, scoreboard operator, videoboards and light show control, and supplemental gameday operations activities.
