Renovation of a residential development in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of February 16, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Washington County Housing Authority; a US Government Bond or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Bids will be held by the Housing Authority for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days prior to the contract award. Submit all required documents in a SEALED envelope clearly marked: "TENANT UNIT BATHROOM ALTERATIONS AT VALLEY VIEW TERRACE PROJECT" The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason(s) whatsoever and to waive informalities in the bidding process as the WCHA deems absolutely appropriate.
