University is seeking to hire a Contractor for renovation work that will be delivered by Job Order Contracting (JOC). As described in more details in the Bidding Documents, Work under the JOC will be limited to the following: 1. General construction work involving one or more building trades where the value of each job performed is between $100,000 and $500,000, where the project is identified as a Capital Project funded and approved by the Hospital Capital Equipment Committee as a part of the Medical Systems allocation of Capital resources, and where the work is performed only in the below-listed buildings: A.
