Lift Station Rehabilitation and Repairs Services The City of Pompano Beach (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified companies/firms to provide lift station rehabilitation and repair services Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against the Proposer. Proposer must be registered on the Citys eBid System in order to view the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents and respond to this RFP Proposer is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. A list of Proposers will be read aloud in a public forum. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and labor supervision for any work covered under this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all construction equipment, including all necessary tools, for any work covered under this Contract. The CONTRACTOR shall also furnish all necessary temporary materials such as forming, bracing, sheathing, guying, scaffolding and other materials necessary to complete the work which do not remain a permanent part of the improvement.
