B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) is seeking a qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to supply and install new Content Management System (“CMS”) digital signage screens at BC Place Stadium (“BC Place”), inclusive of a turkey installation and OEM certification to permit PavCo staff to perform maintenance work on the screens (the “Project”). The existing legacy Samsung 2011 screen will need to be removed and recycled at PavCo's direction. PavCo, at its option and sole discretion, may request the Contractor to provide additional training on an as, if, and when requested basis. Through this request for proposal (“RFP”), PavCo intends to select a preferred Proponent to enter into a Contract (see Appendix A) to complete the work defined in section 1.2. PavCo seeks proposals from qualified suppliers to provide and implement approximately 1,200 digital signage screens. These screens will be connected to a newly installed state-of-the-art Tripleplay CMS. The Contractor is responsible for supplying and installing all necessary digital signage screen hardware and software to create a functional digital signage system to enhance the fan experience and revenue generation. PavCo is interested in identifying partnership, sponsorship and advertising opportunities to showcase the successful Proponent's world-class technology.
