Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a day care center in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a day care center; for site work for a day care center; and for asbestos abatement for a day care center.

The proposed work consists of the furnishing material, equipment, and labor necessary in the demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing buried steam lines with asbestos containing material (ACM) insulation and concrete building pads with assumed ACM vapor barrier beneath. This work includes the backfilling, grading, and seeding of the disturbed areas to match pre-existing grades within the project area for site restoration at the Former Youth Development Center located at 996 East Hines Hill Road in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the City Engineer.A representative from each bidder is required to attend and provide proof of identification at the time of registration. Representatives are required to stay for the duration of the meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid for the project. In the case of disruption of national communications or loss of services by Bid within two hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the City will delay the deadline for bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bids. If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
