Menard Ave., Chicago, IL 60630 Bridge ES The work consists of renovations of the existing modular building including windows replacement, new ceilings, new LED light fixtures and light controls, new floor finishes, painting, new plumbing fixtures. ADA upgrades including new single user bathroom. Pre-K upgrades: new Pre-K bathroom accessible from Pre-K classroom, new sinks and drinking fountain in Pre-K classroom. MEP &FP upgrades include replacement of exhaust fans, exterior wall mounted A/C units and all associated controls, grills, registers, diffusers, venting, new fire alarm control panel. Prussing ES The work consists of renovations of the two existing modular buildings. Exterior renovations including new exterior wall cladding, replacement roof of west modular, roofing repairs on the east modular, new windows, misc. landscape upgrades. Interior renovations including new wall and floor finishes, new ceilings, light fixtures and lighting, new plumbing fixtures. MEP &FP upgrades including replacement of wall mounted air handling units, exhaust fans and associated grilles, diffusers, registers, new fire alarm control panels, new sprinkler heads.
