Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of, but is not limited to, earthwork grading and paving of an asphalt multi-use path, along Cherry Lane, beginning 0.25 mi. west of McCormick Road and ending at John R. Wooden Drive. Installation of stormwater infrastructure, construction of retaining walls, driveway construction, curb construction, and placement of signage and pavement markings is also included in the project scope of work. Bids must be entered upon the bid form and the State Board of Accounts Contractor's Bid for Public Work Form 96 (Revised 2013) submitted in triplicate with the bid and non-collusion affidavit properly executed and must comply with the statutes of Indiana and with the rules and regulations of the State Board of Accounts of Indiana. The total bid price shall be clearly displayed on the top of the bid packet within the envelope. The bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price made in favor of the City of West Lafayette, Indiana, which amount shall accrue to and become the property of the City should the Bidder, awarded the contract, fail to enter into the required written agreement and secure same with the required one hundred percent (100%) performance, payment, and guarantee bond. Wage rates shall not be less than the common construction wage as determined pursuant to IC 5-16-7-1 et seq. as amended.
