This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa. The intent of the RFP is to solicit an environmental firm to perform Lead Inspection, Risk Assessment and Clearance services for the Lead Hazard Reduction program for the City of Council Bluffs Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/12/2024 01:00:00 PM (ET) The successful firm and their team is expected to begin work immediately upon execution. The contract shall remain in effect for 48 months, sufficient to compete the original scope of work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
