Site work for a power facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is requesting bids for the service of replacing a Electrical Substation Security Wall. The bidder would work with University Heat Chill Plant personal on desired timeline for the completion of the construction. The university is looking for a contractor to take on the work of removing an existing brick wall and replacing with a new poured concrete wall at the electrical substation at UW-Green Bay. The existing wall is showing signs of becoming unstable. Bricks are falling out; sections are showing lean and it's only a matter of time before it does not provide the security it was designed for. Description 1. Fence in entire work area 2. Demo existing brick wall down to foundation wall 3. Prep top of existing foundation wall and install #7 rebar dowels 8" on center alternating sides 4. Form 12" concrete wall and install #5 rebar 12" on center each way 5. Pour wall 8 feet high x 12 inches thick with brick patterned liner to match the pattern of the boiler plant and will install on the outside part of the wall 6. Brick pattern will then be stained or painted to match the boiler plant 7. F&I metal cap at top of wall 8. Clean up work area as needed 9. Repair of landscaping as needed
