MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 6% Additional Requirements: Project Information Firms are expected to provide high quality architectural and engineering services which will include the following: oRenovations and rehabilitation of existing structures and facilities. oCompliance with the latest building code. oApplication of energy efficiency and sustainability in compliance with the Governor's ExecutiveOrder 22. The firm(s) must also be experienced in providing Commissioning services. o Hazardous material investigation and design services for the remediation/ removal of suchmaterials as part of the work of this contract. oBid Phase and Construction Phase support services. oPossible construction inspection services as advisor to the owner. oServices can be provided by the proposed design team including sub-consultants. Consultants are expected to follow OGS D&C's rigorous procedures and provide documents, specifications and reports of the highest quality standard. MAXIMUM CONTRUCTION COST: $ 12,500,000 Renovation of existing 27,000 square feet armory building including expansion of upper level into the existing two-story Drill Hall to accommodate required program space. Interior renovations will include upgrade existing latrines, shower areas, and locker rooms to accommodate 217 soldiers (160 male, 57 female), create improved office areas and update interior finishes. Exterior renovations will include window replacements, door replacements and masonry repairs. Renovations will also include replacement and modifications MEP systems to accommodate renovated spaces and upgrade lighting with LED Fixtures.
