This procurement is being set aside 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause). This information is provided for the following project: Inchelium Gifford Ferry Eastside Building 400 Remodel and Repair Restrooms 1. Funding: An award will be made under this solicitation, as funds are presently available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation before the closing date. 2. Proposal Acceptance Period/Date: The proposal acceptance period shall extend sixty (60) days past the RFQ closing date. 3. RFQ Deadline: 26 January 2024 at 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time. 4. Questions and Answers: Any questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted to the following individual: Brian Roberts, Contract Specialist no later than 19 January 2024. On-site Access: A list of personnel, with all pertinent information shall be submitted to the CS, Brian Roberts. A Site Visit has been scheduled for 16 January 2024 at 10:00 am. In order to accurately assess the size and scope of this project, Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit. The Government reserves the right to not award to an Offeror who fails to document a sound approach based on an understanding of the size and scope. Offerors who cannot attend the organized site visit may request an alternate day/time for them to look at the location before proposals are due. Notice to Proceed (NTP): Issuance of the contract award will constitute Full NTP. 7. Period of Performance: Sixty (60) Calendar Days after award. 8. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204(b) Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects estimated price range is Less than $25,000. 9. Special attention is called to FAR Clause 52.236-7, Permits and Responsibilities. Any costs associated with this section shall be included in the contractor's firm fixed price proposal. Contractor is responsible for contacting the appropriate TERO office for coordination and approvals. Please refer to Section H and the applicable clauses for additional information about these requirements. 10. This lowest price technically acceptable LPTA will use the Economical LPTA method as described in Section M. Please note that some offers that do not present the lowest price may not be reviewed for technical acceptability. 11.
