Site work and new construction of a civil project in McKinney, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 33,000-square-foot water / sewer project.
The North Texas Municipal Water District is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the construction of approximately 33,000 feet of 72-inch diameter water transmission main including all fittings, valves, and appurtenances beginning at McKinney Delivery Point No. 4 (adjacent to the City of McKinney Redbud Pump Station) and convey water to the City of McKinneys University Pump Station (Delivery Point No. 3). This project will begin at McKinney Delivery Point No. 4 (adjacent to the City of McKinney Redbud Pump Station) and convey water to the City of McKinneys University Pump Station (Delivery Point No. 3). Project includes construction of approximately 33,000 LF of 72-inch diameter water transmission main including all fittings, valves, and appurtenances. Furnish and install approximately 6,800 LF of 96-in diameter steel casing pipe or tunnel liner plate under roadways and waterways. The Engineers Opinion of Probable Construction Cost is $90 million - $100 million.
