The City of Camden seeks Requests for Proposals ("RFPs") from a qualified firm, individual, or team to provide preliminary building plans, market and feasibility analysis, concept plan and project cost estimate for the potential multipurpose food market, eatery, and indoor farm facility located at 300 Delaware Avenue, Camden, NJ. Question Deadline: Wed Jan 10, 2024 9:00 AM (EST) The submitting person/agency must be qualified and experienced to conduct the services in the Proposal. Those not providing written proof of required qualifications and experience will be disqualified. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with the N.J.S.A. 19:44a-20.5 et seq. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
