The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by milling and overlaying road surfaces and slope paving as specified along the following Parish roads: - Jim Sharp Rd (R02Q008) Section 14 Township 5S Range 11E Covington; - Josephine St (R03K025) Section 36 Township 6S Range 11E Covington; - Manor St (R03J033) Section 35 Township 6S Range 11E Covington; - Boyd Rd (R01B002) Section 16 Township 6S Range 10E Covington; - Green Valley Rd (R03E010) Section 3 Township 6S Range 10E Folsom; - Secluded Oaks Ln (R01G011) Section 4 Township 7S Range 10E Madisonville; - Secluded Forest Way (R01G010) Section 4 Township 7S Range 10E Madisonville. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. The time period for completion of the project is sixty (60) calendar days from the date listed to commence work in the Notice to Proceed issued by the Parish. Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractors License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Bid Name and the Bid Number.
