Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Boscobel, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. In general, the work consists of: the construction of a new Health Services Unit (HSU) addition and remodel the existing HSU to expand the restrictive housing unit (RHU) Program space at the Wisconsin Secure Program Facility (WSPF) in Boscobel, Wisconsin. The project will meet the medical, dental, and therapeutic needs of the maximum-security population. The new HSU will include: waiting area, examination rooms, staff offices and workspace, medical record storage, medication and supply rooms, dental operatory, laboratory space, telemedicine systems, an officer station and related storage space. The new Program space will include individual and group program rooms, clinical staff offices, record storage, "Monarch" group treatment room and secure observation areas The MEP Subcontractor scope of work is identical to the General Prime Contractor scope of work included in these bidding and contract documents. By submitting and signing a bid, all bidders have examined all of the Bidding Documents listed in the Table of Contents of the project specifications. The successful bidders will be required to do all work which is shown on the drawings, mentioned in the specifications, or reasonably implied as necessary to complete the division of work bid for this project.
