Rehabilitate roadway and drainage, upgrade concrete barrier and Transportation Management System (TMS) elements, and upgrade facilities to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. A more detailed description of the Project is contained in Appendix A.. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2023 US dollars) is $69,027,000 for construction capital and $250,000 for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation). Please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and attachments for licensing requirements for this contract. Unfortunately, the Department does not have a plan holders list of available proposers, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting an Statement of Qualifications. Addendum 1 - This Addendum is for the Department to respond to concerns submitted by proposers.
