All firms and/or persons entering into a contract agreement with the City of Belleville shall be subject to and required to comply with all applicable local, State, and Federal requirements, in particular non-discriminatory equal employment opportunity and affirmative action on public contracts. All contract agreements shall be in conformance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq), Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01), and the City of Belleville's Project Labor Agreement. ROOF REPLACEMENT 1. Provide debris container 2. Remove existing roofing and insulation to wood deck 3. Replace any deteriorated decking 4. Decking and materials needed for replacement will be at time and material expense 5. Fasten 1 layer of 1/2 " ISO roof insulation, and 1/4 " per foot tapered insulation with HD fasteners 6. Install 1/2 " tapered cricket panels for drainage to existing scuppers 7. Adhere 60 mil EPDM with bonding adhesive 8. Provide and install new sleeve and collar for heat stack 9. Any and all details should be per manufacturer's specifications 10. All parapet flashing to be 60 mil EPDM and secured with aluminum termination bar 11. 20-year manufacturer's warranty will need to be provided 12. Container with all debris shall be removed upon completion. Belleville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
