Remove the existing top layer and the existing Built-Up Roof (BUR) to remain. 2. Install 1/2 in. fan-fold insulation over existing BUR by mechanically fastening. 3. Install 50 mil. duro-last membrane over 1/2 in. fan-fold insulation by mechanically fastening. 4. Install all new pipe, curb, and other flashing where needed. 5. Remove the existing gutters and facia metal. 6. Remove the existing metal drip edge at radius. 7. Remove and replace approximately 32ft. of damaged soffit. 8. Install new 24ga. galvalume facia metal. (Match North End) 9. Install new 24ga. 5x5 box gutters. (Match North End)/Membrane to be terminated into gutter using termination bar as to specifications. 10. Install new 24ga. metal drip edge at radius. 11. Install approximately 5 of downspout where missing. 12. All existing downspouts to remain and be re-strapped to wall where needed. 13. Clean project area of all construction debris upon completion. 14. Provide 20-year (NDL) duro-last roof warranty upon completion. 15. Contractor will inspect for any damage due to rot. 16. Replace damage or rotten wood with new 4x8x3/8 plywood and treated lumber on sub-fascia. 17. Contractor will inspect all roof vents for damage and replace if need be. 18. Contractor will remove and replace approximately 10 pieces of tectum decking.
