Water Transmission / American Plaza to Exchange Pkwy Phase 1. Construction of the American Plaza to Exchange Parkway Water Transmission Line Improvements, Phase 1 Project to generally consist of but not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly install, complete and be accepted in place approximately 3,500 linear feet of 24-inch C-900 DR 18 PVC waterline, a 215 linear foot bore using a 36-inch ductile iron pipe for a Union Pacific Railroad, and all associated pipe and miscellaneous work as identified in the construction documents, and all labor, equipment, and materials complete and in place as stated in RFB and shown on the plans. The city of waco is seeking to have the work that is the subject of this rfb completed within 180 calendar days for substantial completion and 210 calendar days for final completion, (base bid and all alternates), from the date of the notice to proceed.
