1 In General, the Work Shall Consist of the Supply of Miscellaneous Hardware and Building Products for Direct Delivery to Various TTC Locations on an as Required Basis. 2 There Are Approximately One Hundred and Eighty (180) Active Cost Centers Located at Different TTC Properties Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) With Various Delivery Locations. For Example, the TTC's 1138 Bathurst Street Hillcrest Complex is a Large Yard With Multiple Buildings. At This One Address There May Be Twenty (20) Different Delivery Locations and Fifty (50) Separate Cost Centers. 3 Products Delivered to TTC That Does Fall Under the Scope of Work, Will Be Returned to the Company at No Additional Cost to the TTC. 4 the TTC Reserves the Right to Add/delete Cost Centers, and Alter the Locations and Number of Delivery Points During the Term of the Contract at No Additional Cost to the TTC. 1 the Term of the Contract Shall Be for Up to a Three (3) Year Term, Commencing Upon Notification of Award of a Contract, With the Option to Extend the Contract Term for Two (2) Additional 1-year Periods at Any Time Prior to the Expiration of the Contract, Subject to Satisfactory Work Performance and Acceptable Negotiated Pricing. .2 in the Event the TTC Exercises the Optional Extension Periods, Sufficient Written Notice Will Be Provided to the Company Prior to the Contract Expiry Date.
