Consultant will assist the MAPS Office in the development of a feasibility study lor improvements at the Riversporl complex. Services will include initial cost estimating and planning for multiple projects at the facility. The improvements may include, but not limited to, new restrooms, seating/grandstands and shade structures, lighting improvements, campus signage, cabling, fiber and sound system infrastructure, boat storage, dock and river access. stage enhancements and cover, sprayground, entry bridge, multiple improvements to the competition channel including pumps, pump controls, conveyor, timing system, and gates. Services wilI also include meetings with City officials, the facility operator, stakeholders, and user groups as well as rnaking presentations to the City Council along with the various design review committees as established by ordinance. Upon completion of the feasibility study, the contract rnay be amended to include design services and construction administration. The City and its Trust reserve the right to award the Contract(s) or not and to revise the Scope of Services and/or the Project scope or description, as may be in the best interest of the City or Trust. All questions must be submitted through the Periscope by 10:00 a.m. on January 5, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
