As of December 4 2024 there is an awarded bidder This solicitation is for public work subject to both Davis Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq) and State of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate requirements (ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870) when construction services are added to the contract. Proposers must certify compliance with prevailing wage requirements in their proposal. No proposal security will be required. A 100% performance bond and 100% labour and material payment bond on TriMet bond forms will be required when construction services are added to the contract (via a contract modification).
