Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kennedale, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The installation of sidewalk, crosswalk, signage, and roadway improvements, meant to make students routes to school safer for travel. All related work required by this project shall be in accordance with the City of Kennedale and the North Central Texas Council of Government's "Public Works Construction Standards", Fifth Edition, with all amendments thereto, except as modified in the Plans or Contract Documents. A copy of these standards is included in the Contract Documents by reference and is made a part thereof. Omission of any section from this project's Contract Documents does not mean that such section is not applicable to this project.
