Westchester County Department of Planning (WCDP) under its Landlord Tenant Assistance Program (LTAP) will accept proposals for General Home Improvement and Rehabilitation to a Two-Family Building. WCDP is looking to engage an experienced contractor with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the determined scope of work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace roof and windows and chimney repairs. The job site is 789 South 5th Ave, Mt Vernon, New York 10550. Base Bid: 1) Replace Roof 2) Repair / chimney 3) Replace six windows. Contractor shall be responsible for the legal disposal of all discarded materials including packing materials to an offsite location. Questions Due By: January 12, 2024 by 4:00pm
