Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lafayette Township, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of October 22 2025, this project is under permit review. A design builder and general contractor have been identified. Construction is expected to start Winter 2026. The scope of work shall be to provide Design-Build services to construct approximately 1-mile multipurpose asphalt trail along an existing sewer line parallel to the Wolf Creek.
