Renovation of a municipal facility in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Proposed Renovations to The Existing Harmony Township Municipal Building. The work includes the renovations within the Lower Level of the existing township building. Four-Prime project delivery method will be utilized. Bids will be required on a stipulated lump sum basis for the following separate Prime Contracts: General Construction Work, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work. This is a prevailing wage project. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Architect. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Harmony Township.
