Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, materials, tools, equipment, parts, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide a one (1) time removal, replacement, and repair service to one (1) entry and one (1) exit overhead rolling gates in the parking structure on Los Angeles Street and one (1) auto shop overhead rolling door on Main Street. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current C-61/D-28 (Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices Contractor) license issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). The services shall be performed at District 7, Caltrans Los Angeles Headquarters (HQ), 100 South Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, within Los Angeles County. Payment Bond Requirement: If the successful bidder s bid exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement.
