Questions Due Date: Jan 23rd 2024, 5:00 AM CST. All Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be communicated electronically through the Jackson County. Jackson County, Missouri is seeking a Twenty-Four (24) Month Term and Supply Contract with One (1) Twelve (12) Month Options to Extend for the furnishing of Park Site Furnishings for use by Parks + Rec Department. Jackson County reserves the right to request clarifications on any bid. Jackson County reserves the right to add and/or delete locations as necessary. Items specified herein will be ordered on as "As Needed" basis. While the primary, specific, items are listed herein, County may purchase alternative equipment "As Needed" from successful vendors full line of Park Furnishing with discounts noted on Bidders Quotation Sheet. Although exact usage cannot be determined, the County estimates it will spend $50,000.00 annually on Park Site Furnishings. Intent to Bid by Jan 30, 2024 12:00 PM CST.
