**As of February 12, 2024, project was awarded to Firm Foundation, awarded amount is $317,529.70.** The construction work of the NCC Parking Lot 6 Improvements and work incidental thereto, as described in the Plans and Project Manual therefor, now on file in the business office of the school. The work will consist of the construction of approximately: 5,155 S.Y. 6" PCC Pavement; 1,290 L.F. 4" HDPE Subdrain; 3 EA Storm Sewer Intake and other related construction work. START DATE: MAY 15,2024 Est. Completion Date: Aug. 10, 2024 DAVIS-BACON AND RELATED ACTS 23.01 NOT APPLICABLE THE PROJECT 2.01 The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: NCC Parking Lot 6 Improvements Northwest Iowa Community College Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, Iowa will meet at Building A, Conference Boardroom D402, 603 W. Park Street, Sheldon, Iowa 51201, on the 22nd day of January, 2024, at 6:30 o'clock P.M., at which time and place a hearing will be held on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the construction of NCC Parking Lot 6 Improvements in and for said College.
