Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Stilwell WTP Expansion The project includes the following work: Water Treatment Plant Expansion including raw water pump station, clarifiers, filters, chemical feed building, storage building, high service pump station, sitework, electrical and instrumentation. ITEM NO. 1: Build America, Buy America (BABA) Delete all references in the bid documents pertaining to Build America, Buy America (BABA). BABA will not be required for this project. ITEM NO. 2: Doors All new doors shall be metal doors and frames with thresholds, style 62, 1/4 " tempered glass half glass, 32 USD, Stewart Steel doors or equal. Hardware, panic bar, fasteners and closer shall be stainless steel (stainless steel finish will not be permitted). Question Deadline 01/23/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or
