Site work for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Description of Work: Install approximately 500 linear feet of buried water line that runs from the east end of Enterprise Road to the exterior of the fence on the west side of the Recycling Yard. Install new fire hydrant at the end of the new water line to serve the Recycling Yard. Liquidated Damages: $200/day Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on May 20, 2024 and shall be fully complete by August 16, 2024. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation, and Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance will be required. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000.
