Contract No.: MK00016 WBS: TBD County: Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Caldwell, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes And Yadkin Counties Federal Aid No: State Funded Location: Various Type of Work: ID/IQ Incidental Concrete Per G. S. 136-28.10, a North Carolina General Contractors license may be waived for SBE contracts. For this project, the North Carolina General Contractors license will be waived. Per G. S. 136-28.10, contract payment and performance bonds may be waived. For this project, the contract payment and performance bonds will be waived. A Bid Bond or Bid Deposit in the Amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid Will Be Required. The Bidder Shall Submit an Electronic Bid Bond With Each Electronic Bid Submittal Unless He Elects to Furnish a Bid Deposit Within 14 Calendar Days After Notice of Award is Received, The period covered by this contract will be from February 1, 2024 until January 31, 2025 with an option to extend for 2 additional one-year periods.
