The Mt. Arlington Booster Pump Station Improvement project includes various electrical, mechanical, HVAC, SCADA and site improvements to the existing booster pump station. Improvements include the following: furnish and install surge protector, replace existing 45KVA 480V primary and 120/208V secondary transformer and wiring, replace existing 225A 120/208V panel, furnish and install new 200hp booster pump and variable frequency drive, furnish and install 800A, 480V portable generator connection box, replace existing interior and exterior lighting, and coordinate with MCMUA's SCADA vendor on the upgrade of existing SCADA panel; furnish and install all necessary piping to connect new booster pump, replace existing pump control and surge relief valves, painting of all process piping; furnish and install new electrical unit heaters, exhaust fans, and louver actuators; existing driveway replacement, station by-pass hydrants, new sliding access gate; furnish and install new CMU wall. Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials and labor to complete this work. Supplemental bid items to include all work associated with the furnishing and installation of the overhead monorail and hoist system, and the replacement of the existing acoustical panel ceiling.
