This Pre-bid Meeting is Mandatory Because of the Complexity of the Project. Only Plans and Specifications Will Be Available Prior to the Pre-bid Meeting. The Prospective Bidder Shall Be Prequalified According to the Requirements of FDOT Rule Chapter 14-22 and Section 2-1 of the 2023 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Proposals (Bidding Documents) Will Be Issued Only to the Prospective Bidders Who Have Attended The Pre-bid Meeting and Met the Florida Department of Transportation Qualifications for This Project. Prospective Bidders Ordering Bid Documents Prior to the Pre-bid Meeting Will Be Given Access to Download the Bid Documents Within 24 Hours After the Pre-bid Meeting. Those Prospective Bidders Ordering the Documents After the Pre-bid Meeting Will Need to Contact the Office Advertising the Project to Confirm Attendance and Receive Access to Download the Bid Documents. Please Contact the Office at Least Two Working Days Prior to the Deadline for Obtaining Bid Documents To Allow Time for Processing.
