Renovation of a municipal facility in Vallejo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In Building 64: Replace existing switchboard, motor control center, and variable frequency drive equipment with new equipment. Add new remote input/output equipment. In Building 75: Replace existing motor control center and variable frequency drive equipment with new equipment. Add new remote input/output equipment. Provide a temporary motor control center and associated temporary conductors to facilitate equipment replacement in Buildings 64 and 75. Construction cost estimate: $4,700,000 Questions concerning this project shall be submitted in writing via email and directed to: NAME: Natalie Muradian, Associate Engineer PHONE: (707) 558-3416 E-MAIL: EngAdmin@vallejowastewater.org. This Project is subject to the general prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the State of California Director of Industrial Relations (DIR) said determinations, in effect at the time of publishing this notice, are on file at the above identified District office and may be examined at said office. These rate determinations may also be found on the DIR's website. Bidders shall develop and submit bids at their own expense. The Owner will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submittal of any and all Bids. Pre-Bid Conference location: 450 Ryder Street, Vallejo CA 94590, Board Room. RSVP to EngAdmin@vallejowastewater.org prior to the pre-bid conference and site visit, so the District can plan accordingly.
