Demo and replace 15 doors and 14 frames in Building 6. Remove from site all debris. Install doors, frames and all associated hardware including owner provided hardware.
Demo and replace 16 doors and 15 frames in Building 7. Remove from site all debris. Install doors, frames and all associated hardware including owner provided hardware. Total 31 doors installed in 29 frames (see diagrams at end) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Location: South Beach Psychiatric Center. Ensure that progress payments to M/WBEs are made on a timely basis so that undue financial hardship is avoided, and that bonding and other
credit requirements are waived or appropriate alternatives developed to encourage M/WBE participation. Such liquidated damages shall be calculated as an amount equaling the difference between: (1) all sums identified for payment to MWBEs had the Contractor achieved the contractual MWBE goals; and (2) all sums actually paid to MWBEs for work performed or materials supplied under the Contract. OMH reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award.
