Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work provided for in these Contract Documents shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, and equipment, and performing all work and operations in connection with the construction of items and all other incidental and related work to complete the proposed project ready for use and service. All work will be done on property owned or controlled by the City of Salina, Kansas. The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein. Questions regarding these Instructions to Bidders or the other Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the project contact no later than seven (7) days prior to the opening of Bids. Please contact the Department of Public Works/Engineering at 785-309-5725 with any questions in regard to the project. Each Bidder shall submit with its Bid a certified check, cashier's check on a solvent bank, or an acceptable bidding bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount shown on the Bid.
