SCOPE OF SERVICES For the Custodial Cleaning of the following City of Powell Facilities. City of Powell will provide all cleaning supplies as deemed reasonable and necessary for the cleaning of all facilities listed below and equipment as deemed reasonable and necessary. When supplies become low, designated staff will be informed so they can re-order. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to be aware of and to report problems with equipment or conditions needing maintenance attention of designated staff. The City of Powell recognizes 11 Holidays annually and cleaning is not required in observance of holidays. The City asks to be notified of days at least 1 week in advanced to allow staff to accommodate and invoice will be prorated to include days off of weekly cleaning. Right to Reject The City of Powell reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
