The CITY has received a State grant from the Department of Commerce. The project involves the construction of an asphalt multi-use pathway on the existing levee just west of Allen-Creek along with grading of the city's lot at 4922 61st St NE, Marysville WA All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $363,676.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The City of Marysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of forty- five (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City
