RFP Design - Pre-Engineered Modular Building Design & Fabrication Services for Space Shuttle Exhibit & Education Building. PROJECT LOCATION The Project PEMB will be installed as part of the Space Shuttle Exhibit Project performed at the Columbia Memorial Space Center, 12400 Columbia Way, Downey, CA 90242 ("Site"). A Site Description is included in Appendix "A" as well as other relevant information related to the Site and Project PEMB. Design Stage. The Firm will coordinate with City staff and the Architect to prepare (1) a conceptual design of the Project PEMB; and (2) final, permitted design documents for the Project PEMB. The Firm will be required to coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction ("AHJ(s)"), attend project meetings, Design, fabrication and storing of Pre-Engineered Modular Building (PEMB) for Space Shuttle Exhibit & Education Building Project, including framing, walls, roof structure and trim accessories. Liquidated Damages $2,000/day.
