Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes: Improvement of sidewalks, yardwalks, curbing, and residential drive approaches as requested by homeowners. Restoration of areas including park strips and lawns with topsoil, grass seed, and straw is included. All concrete work will be done to ADA accessibility guidelines. This work shall consist of replacement of sidewalk and adding back 2ft brickband with sand base, and 30"x 30" squares. Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
