The bid packet is for the purchase of: SENIOR CENTER BATHROOM UPGRADES Bathroom A & B - located at the east end of the building Bathroom A - (Ladies) has two stalls (1 being handicap accessible) and 1 lavatory. We are needing these changed to flush sensors Change Lavatory to automatic water supply Bathroom B - (Men's) has 1 urinal and 1 stall and 1 lavatory We are needing the urinal valve to sensor valve and changing the toilet to flush sensor. Change Lavatory to automatic water suppy. Bathroom C & D located at the West end of the building next to the dining room. Bathroom C - (Ladies) has 3 stalls (1 is handicap accesible) and two lavatories. We are needing these changed to flush sensors Change lavatories to automatic water supply Bathroom D - (Men's) has 1 urinal and 1 stall and 1 lavatory. We are needing to change the urinal valve to sensor valve and chaning the toilet to flush sensor. Change the lavatory to automatic water supply. Kitchen Has 1 small hand wash station that needs to be changed to automatic water supply. Also a 3 compartment sink to upgrade the faucet on this sink (not automatic) This needs to be bid as Bathroom A & B - Bathroom C & D - and Kitchen If any electrical work needs to be done it needs to be included in this bid Note: This bid should include the start date for this project.
