Crane Cable Changing at Paul W. Conley Marine Terminal 12/08/2023 01:00 PM EST All questions will be answered via online, Responses to Questions Posted December 11, 2023 The Authority intends to enter into one or more Purchase Order(s) for the Scope of Service The term of the Purchase Order(s) for shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options to extend. Contractor shall perform cable changing and related services for the nine (9) ship-to-shore ("STS") container cranes and sixteen (16) rubber tyre gantry ("RTG") cranes (the "Crane" or the "Cranes") located at Paul W. Conley Marine Terminal in South Boston, Massachusetts ("Conley Terminal"). Minority-owned business enterprises ("MBEs") and women-owned business enterprises ("WBEs") are encouraged to submit proposals. The terms MBE and WBE refer to businesses that meet the certification criteria of, and are certified by, the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office ("SDO"). The Authority reserves the right to add or remove locations at its sole discretion during the term of the resulting Agreements.
