Howard County intends to procure the services of one construction firm to furnish services for the construction (including the provision of all required labor, equipment, and materials) of provided final plans and specifications provided herewith for the Ellicott City Pond H-4 Flood Mitigation Facility. This project involves the construction of a new dry flood storage facility located at 8960 Frederick Road, Ellicott City, Maryland, replacement of 60-inch culvert, and installation of approximately 310 linear feet of new sanitary sewer line and two sanitary sewer manholes for the Stormwater Management Division of the Bureau of Environmental Services, Department of Public Works, Howard County, Maryland. The start date for this project is anticipated to be May 2024. This project is in SHA Cost Group "E".
